  • Rice or cilantro-lime rice, cooked

  • Black beans, drained
    6 cup
  • Corn, roasted or drained
    5 cup
  • Pico de gallo
    5 cup
  • Lime wedges

CHICKEN SEASONING

  • Taco seasoning
    0.333 cup
  • Lime juice
    .5 cup
  • Neutral oil
    .25 cup

CRUNCH + FINISH (FRESH GOURMET)

  • Tri-color tortilla strips
    6 cup
  • Crunchy salsa (your oil + spice + crispy veggies), about 1/4 cup per bowl
    2.25 cup
  • Optional: Crispy jalapeño bits (for extra heat)
    .5 cup

Preparation

Operator shortcut: Use the same chicken base for tacos, burritos, bowls, and loaded fries.

Warm shredded chicken with oil, taco seasoning, lime juice.

Build Bowl: rice, beans, corn, greens, chicken, pico.

Top with tricolor tortilla strips and spoon Crunchy Salsa over the top. Add lime wedge.
