Orange Sesame Chicken Grain Bowl with Dried Cherries and Glazed Walnuts

Orange juice

Soy sauce

Brown sugar

Cornstarch slurry (3 Tbsp cornstarch + 3 Tbsp water)

Garlic, minced

Ginger, grated

CRUNCH + FINISH (FRESH GOURMET)

Preparation
Menu note: This bowl can also become lettuce wraps or a noodle bowl using the same chicken and sauce.

Roast or steam broccoli until crisp-tender.

Sear chicken on griddle. Simmer sauce ingredients (except slurry), whisk in slurry to thicken, toss chicken in sauce.

Build Bowl: grains, broccoli, carrots, sauced chicken.

Finish: dried cherries, glazed walnuts, scallions (and jalapeño bits if desired).
