  • Brown sugar

  • Garlic, minced

  • Ginger, grated
    2 tbsp
  • Neutral oil
    .25 cup
  • Lime juice
    .25 cup

CRANBERRY CHILE GLAZE

  • Dried cranberries
    2 cup
  • Water
    2 cup
  • Rice vinegar
    .333 cup
  • Chili paste or sriracha
    4 tbsp
  • Salt
    1 tsp
  • Blend smooth, then simmer to chicken (or whisk in a small cornstarch slurry if needed)

  • Crispy garlic bits

Preparation
